Lakshmi Kandan as Managing Partner, has overall strategic and operational responsibility for the entire portfolio of the company’s offerings. He oversees the key functions of global sales, global delivery and business enabling functions. He drives and oversees the continuous renewal of key processes, systems and policies across the company in client relationship management, sales effectiveness, delivery excellence, quality, talent management and leadership development.
Lakshmi Kandan holds a Post-Graduate degree in Mathematics and Post-Graduate Diploma in Computer Science and Applications from Bharathidasan University, Tiruchirappalli, India. He also holds certificates in UNIX & C by Coimbatore Institute of Technology, Coimbatore and dBaseIII+ Application by PSG College of Technology, Coimbatore. He has more than one decade of experience in designing Apparels, Export Functions and Logistics.
